🚵♂️ Scone Mountain Bike Trail Now Open! 🚵♀️
The Scone Mountain Bike Trail at Scone Mountain National Park is now open! Thanks to the NSW Government’s Places to Play grant, this trail caters to riders of all levels, with sections for beginners, intermediates, and advanced riders.
A big shoutout to NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) and Synergy Trails for their incredible work. This project promotes active lifestyles, boosts local tourism, and supports our community’s economic development.

Emily Suvaal (representing the Minister for Planning, the Hon. Paul Scully, and the Minister for the Environment, the Hon. Penny Sharpe), and Mayor Maurice Collison.
🌟 Heartfelt appreciation to everyone who attended the opening, including Uncle Glenn Morris and Uncle Gary Wright, for their meaningful acknowledgement and smoking ceremony. Special thanks to Grant Jackson’s family; Grant played a crucial role in the project’s success, and one of the trails is named in his honour.
What are you waiting for? Grab your mountain bike and gear and give it a go! 🤩
