Friday night was a pretty special one for Upland Farm, celebrating the Great Southern Farmer of the Year Awards as finalists in the Agritourism Farmer of the Year category.

A huge congratulations to Mel and Dave from Moombaki Wines on a very well deserved win in our category. Two incredibly hardworking people whose passion for their farm, their wine and our region is clear to see.

Thank you to the committee and sponsors for bringing together the evening and creating an opportunity to celebrate the farmers, families and businesses that make the Great Southern what it is.

And to those who nominated us, a very heartfelt thank you. To know that what we’ve built at Upland Farm was considered worthy of recognition means so much to us.

We are so proud to call this region home and be apart of its farming community.
