This weekends farm shop opening for drop-ins
Saturday 30 May - 1pm - 3pm
Sunday 31 May - Sneaky pop-up open 11am- 3pm

Rump steaks, T-bones, roasts, mince, slow cuts, brisket, ribs and if you are lucky some corned silverside. (scotch, eye fillet and porterhouse/ sirloin found homes you have to be quick or jump on our mailing list!)

We also have lamb from David and Coralanne Walker- heaps of forequarter chops, a couple of legs and maybe some loin and cutlets if you are lucky?!

Its easy for people to throw out terms like 'regenerative', 'ethical', no added hormones, no Bovear or mMRNA vaccines (TBH no one here uses them anyway) And yes we proudly tick all those boxes and more (no synthetic inputs, pesticides or broad-scale herbicides).... but most importantly we listen to what our customers are telling us about the QUALITY of our stand out Speckle Park Beef.

If you have been following along on this page, but have NOT tried our meat... now is your chance....our latest round of beef has just dropped into the cool room (we have a very limited amount of prime steaks now available including 1x 1kg eye fillet, t-bone, porterhouse, rump -noting scotch always sells out with PRE-order)

Weekend opening hours for drop ins are as follows:
Friday 22 May 10am - 3pm
Saturday 23 May 9.30am - 12.30pm

If you can't make our drop-in times you can always send us a message and we can work out a time to suit.

HELLO CHUDLEIGH, DELORAINE, LAUNCESTON!!! Our next round of beef is dropping and I will be hitting the road on Wednesday - If you would like to put in an order or refer a friend - please send me a message so I can get that organised..... The farm gate will be open this Thursday (by appointment only for order collections) and on Friday (10am - 3.30 pm) and Saturday (10am -3.30pm) for drop ins. Look forward to seeing you!

A hungry little fella from a while back. This week we will be weaning the kids ready to start the whole process again! One of the reasons we sell direct is our commitment to raising our cattle from the day they are born until the one bad day at the end. It’s a responsibility I take seriously to make sure I have done everything possible to ensure my animals have had a happy life. Keeping animals together in family groups for all of their lives is a key part of that. Last year the Mums barely raised an eyebrow when we separated them across the farm (well except for one 🤦‍♀️😭but she is special) Honestly I think they felt it was time and with many of my cows having their heifer daughters returning to the herd and seeing the boys in the yards and across the lane they knew they weren’t going far (for a while…) We know this system of production isn’t practical for all farmers (as we have built an industry at scale for mass consumption and for export) but its system that’s important to us. Thanks so much to everyone supporting our little farm to make it possible 😊

Farm Shop opening for this weekend (Friday 8 May & Saturday 9 May). Due to low stock levels we will not be open for random drop-ins this week as we have some work to do around the farm. If you are thinking of some warm yummy beef for dinner please send us a message and arrange a time to drop in. We currently have the following in the freezer:
Roasts, Brisket, Ribs, Osso Bucco (shin on the bone), of soup bones, 1x750g pack chuck steak (EDIT sold) - first in best dressed!
Our next round of fresh beef will be dropping in a week or so- stay tuned for details.

My heart is full with all the wonderful customer feedback! Today's comment "the best mince I have ever had" topped up with a selection of some of the wonderful creations cooked up by another customer Kim🥰 Thank you all! (shop is open Friday 1pm-4pm and Saturday 10am-4pm).
