We are looking for a Port Stephens-based Property Bookings Manager for this Beautiful Holiday Home in Shoal Bay on a commission basis for a 3-month period (November 2021-January 2022) with potential to stay on after this time.
This role involves liaising with guests via the Airbnb app, being available for queries/questions and assisting if needed during their stay as well as visiting the property in person to inspect and apply finishing touches before arrival.
As the Property Bookings Manager, you'll also be expected to carry out general management responsibilities and organisational aspects of property upkeep and liaise with/report to the property owners.
Successful applicants will have excellent written and spoken communications skills, a friendly and approachable personality and (ideally) some stylistic flair. We operate our bookings on Airbnb, so an understanding of that platform or the willingness/competency to learn is important.
Must be willing to visit the property between stays.
This is a flexible role, great for someone looking for some part-time work with most admin aspects able to be done from home.
