Assistant to the Manager - Busselton Youth Camp

The Seventh-day Adventist Church (Western Australian Conference) Limited is looking for a dynamic, dependable, and proactive individual who is passionate about the church’s camping ministry to assist the manager at Busselton Youth Camp. This position is a part-time position, based at our camp facility in Busselton and consists of an average of 43.5 hours per fortnight. The Assistant to the Manager will perform a wide range of tasks assisting in the day to day operations of the campground. The successful applicant will be a self-motivated individual and will ably navigate competing deadlines with a pleasant demeanour. This varied role requires excellent customer service skills, strong organisational skills, and a hands-on attitude.

Happy Thursday everyone! Fixing old water systems are like opening the wardrobe door to Narnia, you can be sure that an adventure awaits! 😂 A number of unforeseen maintenance issues have backed up the office admin. If you have sent us an email, or left a voice message, and haven’t got a response yet we appreciate your patience. Yes, the campground is open, just running a bit behind schedule. We appreciate your understanding as we operate on very limited staffing.

This week during the school holiday chaos we managed to build the new privacy screens for the rear toilet block and install the gate in the fence too. We hope you are all having a great week!

It’s been a busy but productive few weeks during our annual maintenance period here at the campground. We’ve been able to fox some old things and also make some new things too! We’re looking forward to you all being able to enjoy a new outlook over the beachfront! Happy Monday all!!
