Immerse yourself in a beautiful natural setting and give yourself the gift of retreating and healing. We will explore nurturing and grounding Asana (Yoga poses) and movement practices, Pranayama (breathe work), meditation, and an interactive Yoga Philosophy Dharma talk. 🪷

Suitable for all levels of practitioner. Bring a yoga mat, cushion or bolster, shawl, journal/paper and pen.
