The Michael family would like to invite you to Hummocks Station. Our Family was one of the original families to farm in the region, and we are still farming on properties adjoining Hummocks Station today. We have a strong connection to farming and rural life in the Snowtown area. Hummocks Station is built in colourful iron stone and was established in the early 1860’s. The Station includes the ori

ginal homestead, restored shearers quarters for B&B and many original out buildings. Hummocks Station offers a perfect getaway for couples and families alike. It is especially suited to families and groups who can, if they wish, book out the entire complex to hold their own private function. Six large bedrooms all opening on to the surrounding verandah, can provide accommodation for up to 17 people. The two character filled function rooms are ideal for functions such as weddings, conferences, business meetings and parties for large or small groups in a quiet, secluded location. Only 90 minutes from Adelaide CBD, but feels like you are "A Million Miles from Anywhere"

Hello Travellers,

Hummocks Station is a family owned boutique caravan park near Snowtown, in South Australia’s mid north!

Hummocks Station is a great place for travellers to get away and relax!
We are situated at the top of Yorke Peninsula, approx 1.5 hours north of Adelaide, and 45 mins from the Copper Coast beaches ( Wallaroo, Moonta Bay, Port Hughes), Flinders Rangers and the Clare Valley.

We would love for someone to come and help us for a while, starting from September 1st 2026.

We are looking for an individual or couple who can undertake some cleaning, gardening and welcoming guests to the park, in return for a powered site with water and access to amenities!

Because of public demand😊 Hummocks Station Store will be opened again tomorrow, Sunday June 7th, from 10am.
Coffee will be available ☕️

Hummocks Station is a small boutique park where travellers can get away and relax!

We are situated at the top of Yorke Peninsula in South Australia. Just 1.5 hours north of Adelaide, and 45 mins from the coast, the Flinders Ranges and the Clare Valley.

We would love for someone to come and help us for a month or so, from May 7th until mid June!

Requirements: An individual or couple who can undertake some cleaning, gardening and welcoming guests, in return for a powered site with water and access to amenities.

EASTER is just 2 days away, the weather forecast looks perfect, and now you’re wishing you had a short getaway planned!
