Perched at the top of the hill, this family friendly beach house will absolutely delight you all. Be mesmerised by the stunning views over the National Park and beyond inside the living areas and u

pstairs on the private balcony or whilst swimming in the heated pool. Short walk to beaches, national park trails and the iconic Koonya General Store. Admire the vista and listen to the sound of the ocean waves from the decks and watch the kids play on the trampoline in the garden. Relax and unwind in complete comfort

Stan & Netflix (movies to be logged in with your own account). Trampoline, Basketball Hoop, Cubby House and Sand Pit (from Castle and Cubby - as seen on The Block). Warm up by lighting the fire pit and toasting marshmallows. The entry level has an open plan living area featuring large 4K HD television, broadband, reverse cycle air-conditioning and a gas log fire. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, family sized fridge and breakfast bar for 3. Dining area for 8. The kitchen and dining areas lead out to a large alfresco deck, outdoor table and 8 chairs, large Weber BBQ, cubby house and sand pit to the left and and large deck with heated pool and coastal views to the right. There are 3 bedrooms on the lower level comprising of:
Bedroom 2 with a double bed. Bedroom 3 with 2 king single beds. Bedroom 4 with a single bunk bed. Family bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet. Upstairs is Bedroom 1with a queen bed and overhead fan. Ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. Parents retreat sitting room with large windows to take in the views, digital television and reverse cycle air-conditioning leading to a private balcony with coastal views. Should you wish to stay in contact with your business, there is a study desk, chair and Wi-Fi to connect. A Porta Cot and High Chair is included. The property has dual entry via John Bertram Drive and Gulls Way allowing for parking of a boat, jet ski or up to 4 vehicles. Fully fenced and gated. Pets are welcome on application. Do not book and then advise as we do not wish to disappoint. Pool is not heated between 1 May to 15 September but can be upon request at an extra $50 per day or $200 per week. Please confirm when requesting to book. QUALITY LINEN INCLUDED WITH ALL BOOKINGS. Strictly no schoolie groups requests or bookings accepted, no events or parties. Only mature groups and family bookings. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
