We are honoured to welcome the Kinchela Boys Home Aboriginal Corporation to Comfort Inn Gateway Tamworth, previously Econo Lodge Gateway Tamworth for their three-day gathering.
The event commenced with a Welcome to Country and a traditional Smoking Ceremony led by Uncle Len Waters,creating a powerful and respectful beginning to the gathering. These important cultural practices acknowledge Country, honour ancestors and Elders, and provide an opportunity for reflection,connection and healing.
It is a privilege for our team to host this significant event and to support the important work of bringing people together through culture, community and shared experiences.
We extend our sincere thanks to the Kinchela Boys Home Aboriginal Corporation for choosing to stay with us and wish everyone a meaningful and successful gathering.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Jaguar Drivers Club of Australia for choosing to stay with us at Comfort Inn Gateway Tamworth, previously Econo Lodge Gateway Tamworth, during your recent 3-day event.
It was a privilege to host such a wonderful group, and we truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and enthusiasm throughout the event. The weekend was a tremendous success, filled with great company, exceptional food, and an enjoyable atmosphere for all involved.
We would also like to acknowledge and thank our dedicated staff for their outstanding hard work and commitment during the event. Despite the long and demanding days, their professionalism, teamwork, and effort ensured everything ran smoothly from beginning to end.
