Meet Shreena! Hi! I joined the Quest Springfield Central team in February 2025, and it’s been a year since I landed in Australia, I’m still learning the accent, but I promise I’m improving!
I really enjoy meeting guests from all walks of life and making sure their stay is smooth and stress-free.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy crocheting, hanging out with loved ones, or relaxing with a good show.

Meet Natalie - one of our amazing GSA’s Hi! I joined the Quest Springfield Central team in February 2025.

Travelling overseas with my family is where my passion for the hotel industry began.

My favourite part of my job is interacting with all of the new people that I get to meet and ensuring our guests have a memorable and effortless stay.

In my spare time you will find me spending time with family and friends, going on beach walks or planning my next international trip!
