We are seeking a reliable and motivated 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿 / 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 to join our team at Georges Bay Apartments.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
The Supervisor / Caretaker position includes:
• Managing stock and supplies
• Overseeing linen control and ordering
• Preparing and managing staff rosters (7-day rotating roster)
• Working alongside team members in day-to-day operations
• Coaching and supporting staff to perform at their best
• Ensuring all rooms and common areas are presented to the highest standard
• Maintaining smooth daily operations of the motel
• Being 𝗼𝗻-𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 to attend to guest needs and any urgent issues that may arise
This role requires flexibility to work across a 𝟳-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, including weekends and public holidays as required. Availability for after-hours call-outs is essential.
We are seeking someone who has:
• Previous experience in hospitality, motel, or accommodation management preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Practical problem-solving skills
• Positive, hands-on approach
