The nose is rich with classic berry and plummy fruit characters. This Sunday, we are opening something truly special from the cellar.We are uncorking a historic 1971 Shiraz / Cabernet blend!
This unique bottle features:70% Barossa Shiraz 🍇30% Qualco Cabernet 🍇9 months aging in small oak barrels
🪵This rare bottle was originally selected by the Scottish Amicable Life Assurance Society to celebrate their 150th anniversary (1826–1976).
After over 50 years of waiting, it is finally time to see how it pours!
