Hi it surely has been a long time between posts. Hanlon House is now well and truly under new management, and we are endeavouring to keep up with the wonderful standards set out by the previous owners. Some aspects have needed to change, as do most when businesses are bought and sold. we look forward to new and previous guests coming to stay with us, and enjoying our beautiful town.

As of March 6th 2017 Hanlon House has now sold.

I wish to say thank you to the wonderful guests we've had over the last 23 years. Many arrived as guests and left as life long friends. It's been a great experience with my late wife Maxine, with many wonderful memories to treasure.

Hanlon House was Maxine's passion and quickly became a great family business for many years. Together we welcomed guests from all over the world and enjoyed every minute of it.

Since Maxine's passing in May last year, together with our children and their families we decided that it was time to sell Hanlon House.

We say thank you to our guests for choosing to stay at Hanlon House, thank you to our family and friends and to our wonderful staff for your love and care. Thank you to the community and the Stanley Visitor centre for your support. You all have been incredible in so many ways.

We wish the new owners, manager and staff all the very best!
