This really can be the view from the back window of your caravan.

Reverse up the Caravan at the Stansbury Foreshore Caravan Park and just soak it all in. Morning coffee, changing tides, passing pelicans and that endless stretch of water, all without even stepping out of your van.

Running short of time and Father's Day is in only two days? Skip the shops tomorrow and instead why not book Dad a few nights away right on the beach. Pick a weekend later in the year and give him something to look forward to.

Sunrise over the bay with a cuppa. A line off the jetty. And the pub for tea so nobody has to cook.

If you're coming to Stansbury for the October long weekend we have your Saturday plans sorted. Start the day by the sea at the Stansbury Seaside Markets, the first one of the season, with more than 70 stalls to browse from 9am.

Then it's over to Stansbury Oval for Sounds by the Sea, with a fantastic five-act line-up taking the music right through the afternoon and into the evening.

There's plenty for the kids too, with jumping castles, an inflatable obstacle course, sports targets, mini golf, face painting, giant lawn games and a free kids' tent. Food vans and a licensed bar will be running throughout the event.

Sounds by the Sea tickets are $15 for adults when purchased in advance, $20 at the gate, and under 18s are free
