The bounty continues! The first time we have planted tomatoes and chillies, not to mention lettuce, corn and cucumbers .gardens and what success! Our summer guests are benefiting from our fresh produce and we are just about to experiment with homemade tomato relish. Who doesn’t love this time of year on the Granite Belt?

We so love reading messages from our guests- especially when we know that we have provided a restful, rejuvenating stay.
Our days are warm with very little humidity and the evening temperatures are a delight. The recent rainfall has created a lush paradise.

What a wonderful way to spend a rainy Saturday evening!! The first time we’ve visited Josie’s but it certainly won’t be the last. A delicious food experience coupled with interesting local wines and excellent service. Josie’s will be a dining experience we will recommend to our guests when they book @ granite.gardens.
