NEWSFLASH!! After 20 years of welcoming guests to enjoy their Mt Tully Cottage and Nature Refuge, owners Chris and Fiona will be closing their doors later this year, as they prepare to relocate to Stanthorpe permanently.

But don't fear...there is still time for you to plan an escape to Mt Tully Cottage before the end of September. Simply PM me your dates, or check out Stayz or AirBnB.

Mt Tully Cottage has plenty of availability! Why not combine a few days away and do what the locals do?

Enjoy lunch or an afternoon of live music at a winery, brewery or cafe, stroll in the park, learn a new skill (making silver jewellery) and/or relax with the sounds of nature. You could even collect a Xmas tree to take home!!

Okay picture this...

You arrive on the Granite Belt and start to collect some local delights, maybe even stopping to have lunch in a vineyard.
You then head to the luxurious, private and cosy Mt Tully Cottage, screened by bush and well away from any civilisation. Your home for the next two days.

You meander around Mt Tully cottage's 37 acre nature refuge and take delight in the beautiful wildflowers brightening the landscape and any wild creatures you may spot along the way. You then relax with a book, video or even take a nap! If cold enough, snuggle up beside the fireplace, or if warm enough, enjoy a barbeque as the sun sets to the west.

After a peaceful sleep, you head off and explore what the Granite Belt has to offer - amazing national parks bushwalks, mountain bike trails, tasty local produce, award-winning wineries and other memorable places. Meeting a bunch of interesting, welcoming and friendly local characters along the way.

Back at your hideaway, enjoy another night with your loved one/s, or a dinner party with your friends. There's even board games if you prefer.

After a lazy morning with breaky out on the deck, you start to head home, perhaps sneaking a peak at some markets and Stanthorpe's cafes along the way.

And lastly, after feeling rejuvenated from the weekend, you make a plan for your next escape to Mt Tully Cottage.
