Premier Daniel Andrews has announced that regional Victoria will move to step three of its coronavirus reopening plan from 11:59pm tomorrow.
The daily average for new cases in regional Victoria is down to 3.6 and there have been no mystery cases for 14 days.
Regional Victorians will no longer have any restrictions on their reasons to leave home. But there are still some restrictions on who they can meet and the size of the gathering.
