With time for the dust settle we can finally reflect on the amazing night that was, Monday the 3rd of August. We welcomed Blair Walter of Felton Road fame into our library to compare their latest vintage with some gems from our vault. A rare opportunity to hear from a titan of the wine industry, his passion and knowledge something to truly admire.

While this was an exclusive dinner with limited seats we thank all who came and look forward to welcoming more at our Duck and Pinot dinner on the 25th of September!

On Wednesday 22nd July, the House of Suntory takes over The Terrace at the Stirling Hotel in the Adelaide Hills for Feast of Spirits, a guided journey through Japan’s most celebrated distilleries.

You’ll taste two vodkas, two gins + two whiskies the way they’re enjoyed in Japan, with a Suntory representative at the table to guide every pour + share the craft behind them. Warm up your Wednesday with two cocktails, a yuzu drop, and a Japanese-inspired menu built on bright, clean flavours + deep umami.

This is the kind of evening that doesn’t come to the Hills often, so get in quick.

Chardonnay May has arrived at The Stirling Hotel and there’s a lot to celebrate this month. We’ve created two dishes to perfectly pair with the Shaw + Smith M3 Chardonnay. Ocean Trout Tartare or Pan Roasted Duck Breast. Available throughout the hotel.

Head upstairs to our Cellars + Patisserie for our Chardonnay Showcase showing off what Adelaide Hills Chardonnays are all about and grab one of our Chicken + Leek Family Pies, a May-only addition you won’t want to miss.
