Last month, Risby Cove played host to the cocktail evening for Tourism Tasmania's Off Season media launch, welcoming some of the country's leading travel journalists — and a few from further afield — to Risby Cove for the night.

The Off Season is the West Coast at its wildest, and its most rewarding. A big thank you to Tourism Tasmania, North Bruny Island Oyster Co, Petuna, Josef Chromy, and to everyone who shared the evening with us.

As the evenings draw in, the kitchen turns with the season. Our winter menu leans into what the coast gives now — Tasmanian seafood, pasture-raised meat and produce from just up the road — best enjoyed by the window as the last light leaves the water.

Our seasonal menu refresh is in full swing. Come and try our new Fungi of Tasmania Gnocchi (pictured), available from tonight. More dishes dropping later this week

🌿 This World Earth Day, we invite you to take a first look at our beautiful new gardens completed last year!

More than 1,000 native plantings were thoughtfully chosen to belong to this place, on the edge of one of the world's last great wildernesses.

Here on the shores of Macquarie Harbour, the land has always shaped us. These gardens are a reflection of that — and a step toward something bigger.
