So we have news! It's been an incredibly busy summer with the Airbnb and we've been grateful to have met so many fun people over that time and in the last 2 years of operation.
But it's time to slow down ... so we've decided to sell our lovely home and downsize - which means we have closed our Airbnb😔.

We've been having some lovely sunsets in the past week. The canal has been bathed in golden and pink pastel shades. So restful for the soul.

One of our guests, Rosie, had a successful haul of yellowfin bream off our lower deck. We provide free rods and bait for fishing enthusiasts!

And the cuteness continues! Our latest guests - Oscar, the 18 month old Schnauzer, and Holly, the 12 year old Jack Russell. Our Airbnb is paradise for fur babies too 😍

We were very excited to be awarded Runners-up for the Best Tropical Garden in the recent Twin Waters Garden Competition! We're seen here (far right) with the other award winners. This really is our piece of paradise 🌱🌾🌺

Step back in time at this glorious heritage-listed 'Wheel House'... a true icon of the Maroochy River. With its sky blue trimming matching the water lapping below, this beautiful boathouse was recently restored by locals who volunteered from the Buderim Men's Shed 🙌 💙 Community spirit at its best!

Is this not the most beautiful hibiscus flower you've ever seen?! Huge! And the tree is blooming in our Airbnb garden now so everyone can enjoy it through the coming months.
