Jim Rice started SSC Hospitality out of a passion not just for the hospitality but also for working with people and finding solutions. Jim has had a lifetime of experience in hospitality and understands what business owners need from staff to keep their business running at peak performance. From working in the family business since he was 10 to working as a qualified chef in clubs and 5-star hotels both in Australia and the UK, Jim has an understanding of a wide variety of venues and kitchens. He has a passion for the industry and takes pride in the placements he makes. As a former agency recruit he knows what works and what doesn't from first-hand experience. He understands the challenges of the industry and the difference 'the right staff at the right time' makes.
