From working in the family business since he was 10 to working as a qualified chef in clubs and 5-star hotel

s both in Australia and the UK, Jim has an understanding of a wide variety of venues and kitchens. He has a passion for the industry and takes pride in the placements he makes. As a former agency recruit he knows what works and what doesn't from first-hand experience. He understands the challenges of the industry and the difference 'the right staff at the right time' makes.
