Meet the newest reason to spend a few days in Adelaide.

Crystalbrook Sam joins the family this December, bringing Crystalbrook to South Australia for the first time - and bookings are now open.

Set on leafy Halifax Street, three streets south of Adelaide Central Market, Sam places some of the city’s best indulgences within easy reach. Markets in the morning. Galleries by afternoon. A neighbourhood w**e bar when the occasion calls for it.

Back at Sam, rooftop restaurant Matines puts South Australian produce over fire with Adelaide Hills views on the side. There’s also an Eléme Day Spa, sauna, a heated outdoor pool, sculptural art and a library nook for those less interested in keeping to schedule

Our former convent turned devastatingly alluring boutique hotel has always been something a little special.
