Little National Hotel Sydney was honoured to be recognised as the 2024 Mid-Range Hotel of the Year at last night’s Accommodation Australia NSW Awards of Excellence.

The night saw more than 700 guests, from some of the state’s best hotels come together to celebrate the accommodation industry and recognise achievements of excellence in across 38 categories.

Within the people categories two Little National Hotel staff members impressed judges with written submissions and an interview to become finalists. Congratulations Danielle Watts, finalist in the ‘Industry Rising Star’ category and Dan Firmandani, finalist in the ‘Employee Excellence in Service’ category.

Doma Hotels was honoured to have the second property in its Little National chain – Little National Sydney – recognised for its outstanding interior design and be named ‘Best New Build Property Hotel Design’ in the third annual Paul Davis Hotel
Design Awards held last night at the Australasian Hotel Industry Conference and Exhibition (AHICE) in Adelaide.

Last night’s award was judged on five criteria: design concept, function, impact, disciplines, and sustainability.
Little National Sydney opened in November 2020 and Doma worked closely with Bates Smart architects.
