Yesterday concluded the National Reconciliation Week. This year’s theme, All In, reminded us that reconciliation is an ongoing journey that requires active, daily commitment from all Australians.

At Novotel Sydney Darling Square, we believe that driving meaningful change starts from within. Throughout the week, we focused on engaging our team, providing our Heartists with resources to participate in community activities and reflect on our shared history. We also hosted an Indigenous-ingredient-inspired Ice Cream Friday to foster open dialogue and celebration of culture within our workplace. 🍦🌱
