Something special is taking shape on the wharf.

We’ve been busy reimagining Ovolo Sydney in Woolloomooloo, bringing a new look to our rooms and a fresh approach to the guest experience.

Join Area General Manager James Clark for a first look at the changes as we introduce a new level of luxury to our historic wharf location.

Keep an eye out. We’ll be sharing more in the weeks to come.

Wherever you are, there’s an Ovolo bar ready to pour. Pick a destination to satisfy your mid-week drink cravings with us 🥂

1. for a crisp drink during Local’s Hour - $8 for selected w**es, spirits and beers, all set along Sydney’s iconic Finger Wharf.

2. if you’re searching for a unique drink pairing in Melbourne. Try Metaxa or Tsipouro cocktails, or savour Greek w**es like Assyrtiko and Xinomavro. If you’re lucky, you might even get the chance to say hi to Michelin-star chef cooking it up in our kitchen during his takeover this month.

3. if you’re looking for a dip in the pool while getting a slushie or two served straight to your sun-lounger. Sink in while you can before winter seeps in, all while enjoying the breathtaking views of Brissy.
