An Italian Evening in The Rocks 🥂

Les Clefs d'Or NSW members and local Concierges were warmly welcomed to Grappa, nestled in one of The Rocks' most historic sandstone buildings, for an intimate evening celebrating Italian hospitality and family tradition.

From the moment we arrived, the warmth was unmistakable — a fitting tribute to the Colosi family's 26-year legacy of genuine Italian hospitality, now beautifully reimagined in this stunning heritage setting.

The food was absolutely delicious, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere full of warmth and charm. A true reflection of the family tradition behind every dish and every pour of grappa.

A heartfelt thank you to Charlie, Virginie, Dyna and the entire Grappa team for hosting us and sharing your story with our community.

Evenings like this remind us why we love recommending hidden gems to our guests.

🗝️🇦🇺We were delighted to join Stefvani and the Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba team for a wonderful dining experience, discovering the unique world of Japanese Mazesoba delicious brothless noodles, house-made with bold and authentic flavours.

Kokoro’s passion and dedication have also been recognised with the Mazesoba Grand Award at the Takumen Ramen Awards 2024 an impressive achievement and a true reflection of their craft. 🏆

🌏✨ What an incredible Tourism Expo! ✨🌏

On Monday 3 August, Les Clefs d’Or Victoria & Tasmania hosted our 2026 Tourism Expo at the stunning 1 Hotel Melbourne and what a fantastic afternoon it was!

We were thrilled to welcome around 95 concierge and hotel industry professionals and 35 amazing tourism suppliers, creating a fantastic opportunity to connect, share ideas and showcase the incredible experiences Melbourne and Victoria have to offer.

A huge thank you to all our exhibitors, sponsors, attendees and volunteers for helping make the event such a success. Your support, enthusiasm and generosity are what make our Tourism Expo so special. 🙌

On Tuesday, 28 July, the members and concierges of Melbourne enjoyed an amazing Spanish dinner at Bomba Tapas & Rooftop Bar.

The evening was filled with fantastic food, great company, and plenty of laughs. A big thank you to Jesse and the team at Bomba for their warm hospitality and outstanding service.
