We enjoyed a beautiful Omakase experience, where every dish reflected precision, craftsmanship and the traditions of Japanese cuisine.

A big thank you to Peter Brown and the Hyatt Regency Sydney for generously hosting us and providing the meeting room. We truly appreciate your continued support of our association.

And of course, thank you to all our wonderful members who attended this afternoon. Your time, passion and commitment to Les Clefs d’Or make our branch stronger.

Today was filled with productive discussions, fresh ideas and exciting plans as we continue building momentum across our membership, industry partnerships and upcoming activities.

With more events and initiatives on the horizon for the remainder of 2026, just before the busy festive season, as well as an exciting year ahead in 2027, there is plenty to look forward to!

The Les Clefs d’Or Sydney members were delighted to be invited by Alvin Barrientos, Chief Concierge of InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach, to experience Rick Stein’s Restaurant at Coogee Beach. 🗝️🌊

We enjoyed Rick Stein’s signature local seafood dishes 🦞🦐 and also had the opportunity to explore Eliva Spa & Wellness, located within the hotel.

From the beautifully presented dishes to the vibrant atmosphere and attentive service, every detail made for a truly enjoyable experience.

A heartfelt thank you to Jorge, Chef & Owner of Zanobia, and his wonderful team for welcoming us so warmly and sharing their passion for Middle Eastern cuisine with us. Your generosity, attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the evening truly memorable. 👏✨

An Italian Evening in The Rocks 🥂

Les Clefs d'Or NSW members and local Concierges were warmly welcomed to Grappa, nestled in one of The Rocks' most historic sandstone buildings, for an intimate evening celebrating Italian hospitality and family tradition.

From the moment we arrived, the warmth was unmistakable — a fitting tribute to the Colosi family's 26-year legacy of genuine Italian hospitality, now beautifully reimagined in this stunning heritage setting.

The food was absolutely delicious, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere full of warmth and charm. A true reflection of the family tradition behind every dish and every pour of grappa.

A heartfelt thank you to Charlie, Virginie, Dyna and the entire Grappa team for hosting us and sharing your story with our community.

Evenings like this remind us why we love recommending hidden gems to our guests.

We look forward to sending our guests to experience Grappa for themselves!
