Hope everyone had their fires roaring last night. Its a bit on the cold side this morning. Probably the first proper winters morning felt this year.

This Friday the jackpot is $100 on the raffle. Throw in some $6 schooners at 6 and a feed you are in for a good night. How ever there is a problem, the police are smashing this area. Its not just this hotel its all the pubs.. so come next Friday ring the pub early and we will organise transport. Stopping only at the tops of driveways. Some driveways out here would be like a episode of the laylend Brothers.

ANZAC day. The 25th of April isn't far away. There will be a service at the memorial at 11am in Tabulam. After the service morning tea will be provided at the Pub. From 12-2pm there will be $6 schooners. 2 up will kick off during this period. Make sure if you are coming to bring lots of $5 and $10 notes as the pub will only have a limited number to go around. Also be smart, have a plan being the long weekend the police will most likely be about. There is plenty of grass out the back to sleep on.
