Amberoo Apartments is growing! As we renovate and update our apartments, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee cleaning, housekeeping, and guest relations.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys working with people, and can coordinate a small team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the cleaning team across multiple apartments
Manage rosters, stock control, and quality standards
Coordinate guest check-ins and ensure smooth arrivals and departures

Be a friendly point of contact for guests during their stay
Communicate with management regarding maintenance, readiness, and guest feedback

Assist with training and onboarding of new team members

You’ll need:
Previous experience in cleaning supervision, housekeeping, or hospitality operations
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
A warm, professional manner with guests
The ability to lead by example and work independently
