HOW TO GET THERE:
For passengers only, you can take the Tangalooma Ferry from Pinkenba, or if you would like to bring your 4X4 you catch the Micat from Fisherman’s Island.
You can get transfers from the resort up to the house if you arrive on the Tangalooma Ferry.

Micat – Please ensure the Micat availability prior to making a deposit and book boat immediately after confirmation of booking.

There are stairs located at the end of Trochus Place which lead down to the resort, or alternative you can call the resort to get transfers via a buggy.

TANGALOOMA FACILITIES:
As a guest of ‘Sunsets on Moreton’ you can use all of the facilities and activities of the Tangalooma Resort.
These facilities include: tennis, squash, archery, swimming pools, mini golf and many more activities that the resort guests can use.

Our private guests are able to hire a Tangalooma Resort golf buggy for a cost to yourself, unfortunately these cant be prebooked and Tangalooma Resort guests have priority over guests to private residences. Please contact reception to make inquiries, but please be aware that they may not be available.

GUEST NUMBERS & LINEN:
All bed linen, towels, bathmats, hand and tea towels are all supplied. Bathrooms are equipped with toilet paper and hand soap. The shower has dispensers for body-wash, shampoo and conditioner.
The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons shown on your confirmation.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check in is available from 2pm on the day of your arrival and check out is 9am on the day of departure.

DAMAGE:
Sunsets on Moreton has been recently renovated: New paint inside and out, new carpet, new blinds, new air conditioner units. We would appreciate it you could please look after our home and treat it like it is your own.
There is a luggage lift that is to be used so no one damages the walls. We have just had recent tenants come in and not cared for our home and have damaged the walls already. There will be a damage fee if you damage any walls, doors, or anything else that requires more serious repairs please advise us immediately to facilitate those repairs. The new managers of the property are very familiar with the property and can identify damage and items missing. If there are any breakages, damage or lost items these must be paid for by the occupants excluding reasonable breakage of glassware or crockery. If you identify damage upon your arrival advise Management immediately.

‘Sunsets on Moreton’ is a newly renovated home, situated behind Tangalooma Resort with the most amazing uninterrupted views from Wynnum Manly to Caloundra.

Our home has 3 levels, which Sleeps 8-12 people comfortably. It has new paintwork inside and out, new carpet, air condition to each level, new window coverings, new ceiling fans and new led down lights throughout. It features a luggage lift with access to each level, so no need to carry your bags and damage walls our walls and stairwell.

GROUD LEVEL:
Has a main bedroom with a king size bed (which can be separated into two singles) wir and huge bathroom with spa bath. Huge kitchenette with brand new deep freeze to store all your frozen foods, bait and fish.

FIRST LEVEL:
Another main bedroom with a king size bed (which can be separated into two singles) and a shared bathroom with the third bedroom which has two singles (which can be converted to a king size bed).
The kitchen has everything you need and more, with all cleaning products provided including dishwashing liquid/ tablets and some condaments for you to use. An eight-seater dining table, and an L shaped couch, with brand new 65in smart TV. Brand new bbq on the balcony with eight seater outdoor setting. Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

SECOND LEVEL:
Has the fourth bedroom with two singles (which can be converted into a king size bed). Bathroom and kitchenette/ wet bar with bar fridge. Two huge balconies, one to the west which has a huge clothesline and table and chairs, and the other overlooking the bay with the best uninterrupted views of Moreton Bay with an eight seater outdoor setting. Pool table and two couches which both can be converted into a single bed with a single trundle bed underneath. Brand new 65in smart TV.
