How cool is this. The chowder recipe from my book, Seafood Everyday, won the abalone cook-off in Trial Harbour, best abalone dish & people’s choice awards . Congratulations Tegan & Elaine. One of my fans (ok, my mum 😂) sent me in the pic . These lovely ladies said they’ve also used the recipe for a prawn chowder & a scallop chowder. ♥️yum .

We have stocked up our Heat and Eat meals for your convenience over this long weekend, pop in a grab them during our opening hours. the fish lasagne even got a 5-star review on google (who does that? but thanks anyway 🤣❤️) Frozen, $30 and they feed at least 2 people.

And we can always do takeaways fish chowder ($19) and spicy occy soup ($19) or fish and chips with salad ($29) are always popular choices.

Or come in and sit by the fire on this winterly long weekend, new-York style cookie and hot drink $10 or for a light or long lunch, wine, cheese. A perfect day for a hot bowl of chowder made with local fish.

Open for lunch today, occy soup or chowder and fresh baked sourdough for a light lunch, or enjoy a whole steamed parrot fish. We always have non-fish options like the slow-cooked beef cheeks we have on now with gnocchi. Coffee, cookies, wine, cheese.

And cookbook sales; the books can also be ordered online, with loads of recipes we have cooked in the bistro in them. And if anyone wants a hand producing their own cookbook, then winter is a good time to get into that too.

Take advantage of our accommodation winter specials: $299 dinner and stay, or if you book two nights direct, we will include a meal to heat, wine, and breakfast provisions. Our beach house Teralina Beach House is a great spot for groups and families with a great value winter special.

Beautiful modern house in an amazing location- we loved it. The little cubby house out front kept the kids thoroughly busy too, while we enjoyed the view with a wine. Gorgeous spot."
