The 2026 Mid North Coast U16 Regional Challenge is on today at Taree Hockey Centre!

Teams from along the coast, from Grafton to Newcastle, will be competing in a full day of hockey as they prepare for the upcoming State Championships.

Come on out, grab some lunch from the MVHA Canteen and enjoy some fantastic hockey as the region’s best young players take the field.

🎉🎉 CONGRATULATIONS to Izzy Allport and her team for winning gold against Coffs Coast today in the grand final! Scores were locked at 1-1, but our girls got up in a shoot out 3-2! Our boys narrowly missing out going down in their semi final. As always we are proud of how all our Raiders represent not only MVHA, but our club when they play away!! Congrats again Izzy and team! 🎉🎉 Last day of competition for our Taree West and Gloucester players at the 2026 NSW Hockey Open Championships!! The girls for MVHA are sitting pretty in 2nd place, just behind Coffs Coast, with the boys holding onto 4th! Best of luck to all of ours players in Nepean!! 🖤💚💙🧡🏑🏑
