Duties include
Taking food orders
Serving food
Drinks service
Cleaning of bar and restaurant
Stocking of bar

As we are remote accommodation is provided with the job

Duties include
Drinks service
Food service
Waiting on tables
Cleaning of bar and restaurant

You have valid RSA
At least 2 years experience
POS experience
Are able to work alone in a busy environment
Can commit for 3 months or more

We are not eligible for 88days visa

The job requires you to live on site and accommodation is provided in our staff house
As we are rural own car is an advantage as no public transportation available

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CHEF TO JOIN OUR TEAM

Minimum cert 3 in commercial cookery
Ability to work across all sections
Ability to work independently
3 years experience in an a la carte dining restaurant at a minimum of CDP level
Positive and professional attitude
Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices
Strong communication and leadership skills
Adapt to flexible work hours that include breakfast and lunch

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve quality dishes
Assisting head chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, menu
development and daily specials
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen

Hourly rate to be negotiated based on experience
A paid 2 week trial will be completed before employment.
