This neat and tidy holiday property is situated on picturesque Buckland Street, perched high above the Kiewa Valley, with panoramic views of Mt Fainter, Mt Arthur and Mount Bogong.
Offering relaxed family living in a very peaceful location nestled in its own surrounding gardens, the house will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
Outstanding cafes, boutique breweries and eateries can be found within walking distance, or bike ride, at Tawonga, Tawonga South and Mount Beauty.
The outlook and position of this magnificent home makes it a perfect property for all seasons. If you are a bushwalker, skier, snowboarder, mountain biker or road cyclist then this property is the ideal base to start your adventure.
Wake up and relax on the back deck with a coffee or tea soaking up the morning sun reading the paper or a good book while overlooking the valley and enjoy alfresco dining by night. A BBQ is also provided on the back deck.
In winter, curl up by the heater, located in the sun filled living room on comfy sofas. For your entertainment, the lounge has an LED TV with a DVD player.
The house has a split system air conditioner unit to keep you either warm or cool during your stay. It comfortably sleeps 6 adults, with a queen size bed in the main bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom and a split bunk (2 berths) in the third bedroom.
The open plan kitchen has been newly renovated with an electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom has also been recently renovated and the laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Bikes are welcome outside, where you can take advantage of the many riding trails or just have a leisurely cruise into town. Please note bikes are not permitted in the house.
The location is surrounded with an abundance of walking tracks suitable for a gentle stroll or a serious day hike.
The property is smoke free and pets are not allowed
