The Channon Village Campground is located right next to Coronation Park, where the famous Channon Market is held on the second Sunday of every month. There are flush toilets and cold showers. Flat easy access for campervans and caravans. Pets are welcome but they must be on a lead because koalas move through at all hours. There is an off-lead area available away from where the koalas are. The camp

ground is on a working farm surrounded by Rocky Creek and Terania Creek. It is within easy walking distance of The Channon store and tavern and is on the school bus route from Lismore. Nightcap National Park with its World Heritage rainforest is 15 km away (no camping allowed there). This is a great camp for cyclists. Ask us about good rides nearby. We like to keep this campground quiet at night so if you are intending to party hard or drink hard then you should give this place a miss.

$10 per person per night; children under 12 y o free. Firewood is available from us for $5 per bag. We have detailed knowledge of the local plants, animals and natural areas and can provide reference books about rainforest.
