In a quiet location, just 30 seconds walk from the Thredbo village restaurants, Snowgoose Apartments offers modern self-contained apartments with views of the mountains and ski fields. Most have a gas log fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities are provided for 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Studio apartments have limited kitchen facilities - still with hotplate, dishwasher and micro

wave though. Studio apartments have one person spa baths and a separate shower. One bedroom apartments have a shower ensuite, and two bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms, one with a spa bath. Guests have access to a drying room for ski equipment and a ski storage room. Free on-site car parking is included for 1 and 2 bedroom apartments - 1 car per apartment. Further carparking is available at one of the village overnight car parks. The centre of Thredbo village is only a 2-minute walk away. It is a 30-minute drive to Jindabyne and a 50-minute drive to Perisher Valley.

❄️💨 FIRST SNOWFALL FOR 2024 TOMORROW

The first snowfall of the year is likely across our alpine districts tomorrow, most likely during the early morning as a southerly change makes it way across the state.

As the change moves through during Tuesday morning, a low-pressure system will then develop off the NSW coast, which will strengthen winds across the coastal strip in NSW later Tuesday into Wednesday.

The strongest winds should impact exposed areas along the Sydney Metro, Hunter and lower Mid-North Coast coastlines on Tuesday night and Wednesday.

TVT mt bike trail section closed
Monday February 12

The Thredbo Valley Track will be closed from 09:00am to 03:00pm on Monday 12 February 2024 between Thredbo Resort and Ngarigo Campground. The track will remain open from Ngarigo Campground to Gaden Trout Hatchery.

This closure is required to undertake necessary maintenance works adjacent to the track.

Well the time has come and we are officially wrapping up skiing and snowboarding for winter 2023 two weeks earlier than expected 🤍⛄️

Mother Nature may have kept us on our toes but we had a LOT of magical times this season! We couldn’t have done it without all of our incredible staff and guests! Our people are what makes Thredbo so special and we can’t thank every single one of you enough 🌟

From tomorrow, the lifts will not be operating for skiing and snowboarding access. However the Kosciuszko Chairlift will still be spinning for backcountry, snowshoe and scenic access in the meantime.

Thank you and we can’t wait to kick off our summer season from 18 November ☀️
