This level has two bedrooms; the first has a Queen Size bed and the second a Double & Single bed configuration. There is also the addition of a Futon located outside the main bedrooms which can be configured for one person. The top level offers an open plan master retreat; boosting a king size bed with further views across Port Phillip Bay; ensuite with spa & shower. The lower level is a perfect for restless teenagers or a separate couple - Double bed and LCD TV. The family bathroom offers a large shower and a deep bath – the second toilet located on the landing between the top and main floors. Off street parking for up to 6 cars with options to combine cars, boats, trailers and camper vans. The back section of the house has roughly ½ an acre of coastal bush and is fully enclosed by 900cm cyclone wire & two rows of wire at the top extending the fence to a total height of 1200cm. This gives you a secure playground for youngsters, possum searching at dusk and a secure location for your dog. There’s an enclosed dog run surrounding the side section of the house and an enclosed area setup under the stairs inside the house - allowing your dog to remain inside at night
