Experienced Chef/Cook Required for Motel
The successful applicant will be required to work independently, Prepare, season and cook food with perfect presentation, meeting dietary requirements where required. Communicating with front of house staff and inhouse guests.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Oversee and manage kitchen operations
Clean and organise kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
Preserve and store foodstuffs safely and in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities.

This position is for Monday – Thursday Nights. 5-8pm, however we can offer extra work around the motel in the mornings if you a looking for more hours.

Experience in Administration is a must.

We are looking for an energetic cheerful person to join our restaurant team.
The successful applicant must have an RSA. You will be required to engage in conversation with our guests, serving drinks from our bar, taking orders in the restaurant , running room service meals general cleaning and helping out in the kitchen prepping meals and cleaning dishes. Hours are 5.30pm - 8.00pm Monday - Thursday Nights. Would ideally suit a student.

You must have at least 2 years experience within a supervisor position and be well presented , reliable, have a passion for cleanliness with an exceptional eye for detail, understand the importance and upkeep needed to maintain our 5 star rating and be able to lead a team of housekeepers within a 5 star standard.
You must be available to work any day - with a days prior notice . Days of work will depend on occupancy of the motel.
