With regards to the criminals who are destroying our communities and destroying our lives. Try and get as much information on these offenders as you can and share that information as often as you can. We, the occupants of the community need to know who they are, so Photograph them, share their names and addresses. Identify their Families and their Friends, people who support them. Then we as community can hold them responsible, not by hurting them, but by rejecting them, don't serv them in our shops,don't sell them our petrol or our food , Don't serv either them or their families. The community needs to say no, we dont want you, your family or your friends and you will get nothing from us. So let the community know who these offenders are, so we can ostracise them. By withholding our services they can't survive and will have to leave. Make them accountable by using community power. The Police, the judiciary and the media may not be able to publicly identify them, but we are not them. We need to not communicate with them in every way possible. They need to not exist as community members enjoying all the benefits that law abiding community members enjoy.

25 year old man, Reagan Samuel Sailor, a father of 5 and serious repeat offender who engaged in a month of crime smashing and damaging cars, braking into numerous vehicles, houses, businesses and possessing a weapon, impacting 16 people, has been sentenced to 5 years jail, with immediate parole after serving 506 days on remand, in Townsville by Judge Joshua Trevino KC

108 cars stolen in the last 30 days in Townsville.
46 percent of all youth offenders receive “diversions” which is simply “no punishment” whatsoever. “Adult crime - Adult Time” is and always was a political lie to get elected. The mountain of victims and the damage to society continues on exponentially!!!

No wonder my cowardly local member has not returned any of my calls since the night of the election. No better than the lying mongrel she replaced.

We always knew “adult crime adult time” was a political slogan and smokescreen not a reality and here’s the proof. In this case the magistrate gave the criminal a slap on the wrist and it was still appealed. The district court upheld the appeal even though the magistrate did nothing wrong and followed the intent of the new legislation. This is precisely why the juvenile habitual criminals fear nothing! There are still NO real consequences for their actions.

Granted, this is a Victorian case, but one has to ask, “exactly what the hell is wrong with our judiciary in this country?” A seventeen year old, doing 129kph in a 60 zone, high on drugs in a stolen car KILLS SOMEONE and all he gets is 7 years jail and he will be out after 4 and a half years. How would YOU feel if it was your son or daughter that was killed. Politicians obviously think this is acceptable!!!!
