We're looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Gaming Attendant to join our team. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service in our gaming area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons, and handling cash and processing transactions accurately.

To be successful in this role, you must be available for weekend and night shifts and hold current RSA and RSG certifications. While experience is preferred, it is not required, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Are you a friendly, reliable individual looking for a versatile role in the hospitality industry? Hermit Park Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic All-Rounder to join our team, working in both our lively gaming room and well-stocked bottle shop.

As an All-Rounder, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience. Your duties will include serving drinks, processing gaming transactions with accuracy and care, assisting customers in the bottle shop with their selections, and ensuring that all activities comply with RSA and RSG regulations. Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service are also key aspects of this role.

To apply for this position, you'll need to hold current and valid RSA and RSG certifications. We require someone who is available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within our team. While previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, it's not a strict requirement – we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
