Tourist Park Assistants Job - (Couple Required)
Coral Coast Tourist Park Townsville is looking for a couple to fill the role of Assistants to our park managers. This is a full time live on site position for a couple.
We are looking to start the right people by early to mid August 2025. This will give us an overlap for training before our current assistants move on to there next venture.
The position includes a powered site.
Position 1, is a combination of office based and cleaning duties as required.
Duties include, but not limited to:
-Reception duties, checking in/out guests using RMS9+ and processing payments.
-Responding to enquiries, phone calls and emails.
-Running office on managers days off.
-Balancing tills and end of day reports
-Assisting with housekeeping/cleaning as required.
Position 2, is to assist with the maintenance of the park grounds, pool area & cabins. Beneficial if this person has had a similar background and is good with their hands.
Duties include -
-General building and maintenance repairs.
-Pool maintenance
- Grounds and garden maintenance.
-Lock up and security rounds on a rostered basis.
- Cleaning when required.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but is not essential as some training will be provided for the successful couple, most importantly you need to have great customer service and people skills and be flexible with your duties and time. Good computer skills for the office position and be fit and healthy to handle our northern Queensland climate.
These roles involve weekend work with 2 days off together during the week.
