As a waitress/waiter at Century Inn - Terrace Cafe, you will play an integral role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests and escorting them to their tables
- Delivering room service
- Presenting menus and answering questions about menu items
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Delivering orders to the kitchen and bar and ensuring timely service
- Checking on guests throughout their meal and ensuring satisfaction
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new policies and procedures
- RSA required
