Another great Australia Day at Triabunna Cabin and Caravan Park. We celebrated with guests from all over the world, all around Australia and even those locally grown. This is what Australia Day is all about bringing everyone together to share a drink and have a BBQ.

New staff member! Meet Mitsy. She joins the park from Cooktown, and we love her friendly attitude and sweet disposition....

New staff member! Meet Mitsy. She joins the park from Cooktown, and we love her friendly attitude and sweet disposition. Mitsy is getting used to the change in climate and looking forward to her first role in hospitality. She is likely to learn the ropes at the front desk, where she is already showing an aptitude in welcoming guests to the park.

Salty has welcomed the newcomer, as long as she remains the senior dog staff member and Mitsy doesn't try to steal her treats or toys. No word as yet whether they on the same page re carrots.

We would also like to thank our customers for their patience over the past couple of weeks as a family emergency had staff/family from interstate on a crash course in park management.

This is Salty. She loves treats (except carrots - blergh!), walks and bossing around her human underlings, and welcomes doggo visitors to the park.

Dogs are welcome on caravan, campervan and campsites at Triabunna Cabin and Caravan Park (but not in cabins) as long as they are on a leash and owners clean up after them.

So bring along your pupper or doggo to say hi to Salty, because her human staff are not as obedient as she would like.

We get visitors from all around the country and all around the world but this little local is definitely one of our favourite visitors. Annie, a Bennetts wallaby joey, was on holiday with her carer and hoppily enjoying the trip.
