We’re re-presenting the history of Ciloms with a unique blend of nostalgic reverence and contemporary materials, all while ensuring modern comfort. The result? A stunning fusion of past and present that captures the essence of Ciloms.

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you: Ciloms Airport Lodge @ Melbourne Airport is getting a fabulous facelift!

We want you to have an unforgettable experience when you stay with us, and that is why we are investing in a complete makeover of our Standard Rooms, Bistro, Restaurant, Reception and Public areas.

First up, our Bistro is getting a makeover in June 2024! Classics like the pool table and lounge will stay, refreshed, while the dining experience will be elevated with an expanded breakfast bar and menu options. Our Restaurant remains open with no disruptions to your meals.

Ciloms COVID FAQS:

Is Ciloms Airport Lodge a quarantine hotel? No.

Has Ciloms Airport Lodge ever been used for hotel quarantine or isolation? No.

In light of Covid19, what steps is Ciloms Airport Lodge taking to enhance cleanliness standards?
Ciloms continues to follow best practices to enhance cleanliness and put guests at ease, you’ll observe more frequent cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch areas like lobbies and elevators. High Grade Hospital disinfected washing for all linen. Buses are cleaned after every transfer.

Increased emphasis in all guest rooms on all touch points: faucets, door handles, light switches, thermostats, tv remotes, clocks and hangers. We provide free hand sanitizer, with mask’s available at reception upon request.

Can I get refund if I am affected by lockdown and restrictions? Yes. During the duration of the pandemic, Ciloms has honored all guests affected with full refunds for cancelled rooms. Please note: If you have booked through a 3rd Party Site and not directly with the hotel you must cancel with that provider directly. Ciloms has instructed all 3rd Party sites to accept refunds for guests affected by lockdowns or other restrictions.

Can I get Free Long Term Car-parking if I am unable to pick up my car on the original return date due lockdowns or restrictions?
Unfortunately, Ciloms cannot provide free extended long term car parking. We are offering all guests affected who are parked in our open-air car park a free upgrade to our undercover facility. Alternatively, we are happy for guests to arrange a friend/family member with the relevant information/ID Checks for pick up. Please contact the hotel for further information.

In December Ciloms Airport Lodge celebrates our 30th anniversary which now spans 3 Generations of our family. It has been a pleasure and privilege for almost 3 decades to serve our valued guests and we thank you all for your continued support this year and over the past 3 decades.
