The Mannum Riverside Markets will be going ahead tomorrow. The weather is supposed to be improving, being cloudy and 20 degrees. Rain or shine, the Mannum Riverside Markets are the place to be! Great coffee, food, stalls, river cruises and live entertainment. The weather in Mannum is usually much better than in Adelaide with more sun. See you there!

Well I think we have had enough rain for the moment - truck got bogged in the paddock on Saturday when delivering lime for the vineyard, then the front end loader got bogged on Tuesday when the contractors came in to spread the lime - we now need a few weeks of sunshine so we can get the weeds under control again but the hills look really lovely this time of the year - lots of spring flowers around :)

My goodness what a windy day! Several of our lovely gum trees have shed some pretty big branches and have crashed through the fence which means more work for David - at least we will have lots of firewood for next year :)

Just had some delightful comments in our guests' book from Michaelle Rose and Miranda Grace, 2 lovely children staying with their parents Rick and Fiona - as well as a delightful drawing - thank you so much and we certainly look forward to you returning again to visit us

Well it has certainly been cold and very, very wet today - all the rain water tanks are over flowing and we have been tucked up inside all day in front of the log fire - even Bilbo only ventured out for about half an hour and is back inside sleeping as usual :)
