ng room accessed from the living room, offering stunning close ocean views from inside and from the covered front verandah. Open plan lounge area with TV. Original kitchen with fridge, stove top, coffee machine and combined microwave/convection oven/air fryer (no built-in oven). Dining table accommodating 8. There is a spacious full-length rear covered deck/verandah which is accessed from both the rear bedrooms, with Weber BBQ and outdoor seating available for guests to enjoy. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
A hallway off the living room leads to two queen bedrooms to the front and rear, with the main bathroom, and laundry in between. The main bedroom to the front is very spacious and takes in the ocean views. There is an ensuite bathroom (shower over bath). The second queen bedroom to the rear has RC/AC. A full-size timber cot is also set up in this room for those visiting with babies and toddlers. A third bedroom with 2 king single beds is accessed through the kitchen to the rear with exit to the back deck. OTHER
Watch whales frolic so close you feel like you can reach out and touch them (from September to November). They often travel with calves close to the shoreline.
5-minute walk to the local shops (supermarket, cafe, takeaway, tavern, butcher, liquor store, Chinese, chemist, hardware, service station, beauty, hair, and more). Full Laundry with washing machine, dryer & clothes line out the back. LINEN
Linen is provided, including beach towels. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the premises, thank you. NO PARTIES. Our house is in a residential street with local families and is not available for parties etc. Thank you for your understanding. NO Pets please. Guests will gain access with keys via a coded lock box on site. Plenty of parking on site or on the street. Bassinet available on request for babies up to 6 months of age.
