Hello all,
We hope you’re all staying happy, healthy and at home in the wake of our current predicament in Australia.
While the government allows, the Tweed Heads Las Vegas Motel will stay open! We understand there still may be many people requiring accommodation on the Tweed for a variety of reasons. Particularly our health care workers, essential personnel and those with other essential travel needs.
However, for your safety, and for the safety of our staff, we have adopted the following policies during the Covid-19 outbreak.
HOUSEKEEPING:
- Rooms will be left vacant for a minimum of one day after occupation. Studies indicate that Covid-19 cannot survive without a host for an extended period.
- Stay servicing will be on a 3 day interval.
- Housekeepers are only available between 9am and 11am. Guests must vacate their room while it is being serviced.
UNATTENDED RECEPTION:
For check-in and check-out
- If your booking has been made over the phone or online we will process your payment in advance and send an access code to your mobile phone where you can retrieve your key from our external keybox.
- Key returns are to be made to the key dropbox on the outside of Reception.
- If you are arriving without an advance booking please call the telephone number posted on our front door and we will process your booking at your car to follow social distancing guidelines.
