Are you our next maintenance/groundsman allrounder?

We are currently accepting applications for the position of Grounds Person/Maintenance Allrounder to join our team.

The primary focus of this position is to work co-operatively and pro-actively as a member of the team to ensure the highest standard of presentation and maintenance is maintained.

This is a casual position with the ideal candidate able to commit to 4-5 days per week. Working hours can be discussed.

Operational requirements for this role will vary on a day to day basis consisting but not limited to the following:

• Carry out and complete all maintenance work/requests to a high standard
• Upkeep of grounds and gardens
• Rubbish removal and green waste disposal
• Have sound knowledge of a range of general handywork skills
• Carry out work and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner
• Have exceptional eye for detail, ensuring all rooms and public areas are presented to a high standard
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with other staff, tenants and guests
• Maintaining occupational health and safety requirements by ensuring that work is carried out safely
• Skid Steer certification (highly desirable)
