This light bright and modern home makes the perfect weekend or week getaway. It sleeps up to 12 and has everything you need: large open plan entertaining area, big balcony with bbq with sea views, two bathrooms and three toilets, large back yard fully grassed perfect for the kids to run around on, close the beach and the Victor Harbor and Port Elliot townships. tertaining, dining, kitchen and lounge, guest toilet and master bedroom including full size ensuite including a bath. Downstairs offers another living area with a TV. The four other bedrooms run off this living area with separate laundry and another full size bathroom. The large full fenced and grassed back yard is excellent for the family. The property is 2 minutes walk to popular sandy beaches, 5 minutes drive to Port Elliot and Victor Harbor and directly across the road from a local park. Bedding Configuration:
