An incredible fundraiser for our local cancer support group, an integral part of the journey for Fleurieu cancer patients and their families.

Tips to Finding the Perfect Bra 👙

1. Start with the Band
The band should feel firm and supportive on the loosest hook.�If it’s riding up your back, it’s too big.

2. Check Your Cups
Your breasts should sit comfortably inside the cups, no spilling over, no gaping.�If there’s spillage, go up a cup. If there’s space, go down a cup.

3. Look at the Centre Gore
The centre of the bra (between the cups) should sit flat against your chest.�If it lifts off, you may need a different size or style.

4. Adjust the Straps
Straps should feel secure but not dig in.�If they’re doing all the work, your band is too big.

5. Focus on Shape, Not Just Size
Different bras suit different breast shapes.�Full cup, balconette, plunge, soft cup, the right shape changes everything.

6. Move Around
Lift your arms, twist, bend.�Your bra should stay in place and keep you supported.

7. Refit Regularly
Bodies change…weight, hormones, and life all affect your fit. Get re-measured when things don’t quite fit as comfortably as they used to.

8. Comfort Is Non-Negotiable
If it’s uncomfortable in the change room, it won’t magically improve at home. Choose support + comfort every time.

WHY IS BAND SIZE SO IMPORTANT? • Because your band does 80 to 90 percent of the work.
If your band is not right, nothing else will be right. Not the straps, not the cups, not the comfort, not the support.

Most women think they need a different cup size, but what they actually need is a different band.
