Exciting News here

Who am I ???

I started my chef apprenticeship here Ellen under Gary Paxton in 2014.
During that time I got to meet and get know many of you very well.
I very much look forward to seeing you all again.

When Gary sold the Ellen and moved North to the Bethanga hotel. I transferred with him to be head chef.

Well now I’m back to work along side Fee in a business venture that Im very excited about.

My Name is David Barrow and I commence this week.
